Julie Wolfe is a visual and conceptual artist living and working in Washington, DC. She received a BFA in Painting and Art History from The University of Texas, Austin, TX. Her work is exhibited and collected internationally and has been featured in ARTnews, BBC America and Hyperallergic. In 2017, she exhibited at HEMPHILL Fine Arts in Washington, DC and at the American University Museum at the Katzen Arts Center. She has completed two residencies at AGA LAB in Amsterdam, the Netherlands where she fabricated the Landview Effect portfolio. The National Museum of Women in the Arts recently acquired three works from this series for the NMWA book collection in Washington, DC.
